Do you want to be part of the change? The ECHO Academy (Empower Change-makers for a HarmOnious Europe) is looking for passionate young people who want to transform their ideas into powerful campaigns to curb climate change. Barcelona is waiting for you to live a unique experience!
Organized by ESPRONCEDA, Institute of Art and Culture, the ECHO Academy connects young change agents with artists, creatives and experts in a vibrant network of collaboration. In this edition, we are focusing on climate change, an urgent challenge that requires innovation, creativity and collective action.
Who can participate?
We are looking for young people between 18 and 35 years old who meet the following profiles:
- People with ambition, passion for generating impact and desire to develop personally and professionally.
- With experience or interest in areas such as art, creativity, marketing, campaign strategy or climate change.
- Motivated to learn and work in teams in a collaborative environment.
Program structure:
- Application deadline: until December 20, 2024, 23:59 ( local time) , by completing the online application form.
- Required documents: CV, video, portfolio, or any other creative material that will help us to know your profile and ideas.
- Design Sprint Campaign: from March 23rd to 28th, 2025 (mandatory participation in Barcelona).
- Campaign development: Collaboration with your team for approximately 4 hours per week (in person or online).
- Launch and final event: Presentation of the campaigns at ESPRONCEDA, Institute of Art and Culture.
What do we offer?
- An intensive 12-week program (March to May 2025) to turn your ideas into effective campaigns.
- Mentoring, hands-on workshops and guidance from industry experts.
- Production budget for the execution of your campaign. (still to be defined with ECHO)
- Participation certificate that validates your achievements with the companies’ seal.
Important Information:
- Language requirements: Advanced level of Spanish and English required (program will be taught in English).
- Travel and accommodation expenses: ECHO Academy does not cover these expenses, so they must be assumed by the participants.
