Marcos Mereles is a filmmaker based in London. His first feature film, ALL IS VANITY (UK, 2021), premiered at the 65th BFI London Film Festival and was released in UK cinemas in 2022. His films have won multiple awards and have been selected in dozens of festivals around the world, such as Cleveland, Nashville, Fantasia, East End, Manchester, Aesthetica, Imagine, Indianapolis, Cyprus, among others. His films have been screened in art institutions such as BFI Southbank, Austin Film Society, Whitechapel Gallery and the EYE Filmmuseum.
